This is often a lot simpler than you might think. None of us want to deal with multiple sales people if we don’t have too.

Don’t be discouraged by the term ‘sales’. Your job isn’t to try to put pressure on your prospects to get them to make a decision. Selling is about uncovering your prospects wants/needs/fears and then offering the solution to their problem.

The work up until this point is to put the necessary foundation in place that will direct the way we market your business so that you succeed over the long term.

If you’re serious about growing your business over the long term you need to exit the price wars. Competing solely on price is competing in a race to the bottom.

To be competitive you need to change your customers ‘buying criteria’ so that the lowest price is no longer their biggest concern.
